SIBMAS was developed in 1970s in Belgium and offered for export market. The Malaysian army is the sole user. SIBMAS ARV was recovery vehicle equipped with a crane with lifting capacity up to 10500 kg. The towing winch is installed at the front of the vehicle with pulling load up to 20000 kg.
