(*) the first 150 F.2b had retained the
190 hp Rolls-Royce Falcon I as on F.2a, the following 50 received the
220 hp Falcon II and all the following 275 hp Falcon III.
S everal hundred F.2Bs received a replacement engine, a Sunbeam Arab 200
hp due to shortages. They were used primarily as reconnaissance aircraft,
because of their overall lower performance.
