1 partial prototype built only.

During the interwar period, Walter Christie produced several prototypes of tanks. Although its vehicles had good characteristics, overall, they were not a commercial success. This particular prototype was sold to repay Christie's debts, to an American businessman of German origin, Siegfried Bechhold. After a few changes, the latter tried to sell it to the Belgians and the British.

The British expressed their interest in this tank because it was adapted to their need for a light tank for airborne operations, without any concreteation, however.
