Model 93 Staff Car

Voiture d'état-major à 6 roues développée sur base de châssis de Hudson et Studebaker. Par la suite un châssis japonais sera utilisé. Une version 4 roues exista aussi.

6-wheel staff car developed on the basis of chassis of Hudson and Studebaker. Thereafter a Japanese chassis will be used. A 4-wheel version existed also.

Model 95 4x4 Scout Car / The Kurogane "Black Medal"

Voiture légère de reconnaissance, non armée, qui fut conçue après l'"Incident Mandchou". Le moteur à refroidissement par air était conçu pour fonctionner sous les climats de Chine et de Mandchourie. Notons que ce petit véhicule est de conception purement japonaise alors que les autres véhicules de ce type étaient tous basés sur des modèles américains. Le modèle japonais et ceux basés sur des modèles américains furent produits à 4800 exemplaires environ. Cette voiture fut surnomée par les soldats japonais Daruma.

Light car of reconnaissance, not armed, which was conceived after the "Manchurian incident". The engine with air cooling was designed to function under the climates of China and Manchuria. Let us note that this small vehicle is of purely Japanese design whereas the other vehicles of this type all were based on American models. The Japanese model and those based on American models were produced with 4800 specimens approximately. This car was nicknamed by the Japanese soldiers Daruma.
